Job Summary

micro1 is looking for experienced Special Operations Forces personnel—such as Green Berets, Army Rangers, Navy SEALs, Marine Raiders, or Air Force Special Tactics operators—to assist in an AI development project focused on military operations and tactical decision-making. The role involves reviewing AI-generated scenarios that simulate special operations, tactical planning, and combat decision-making. Candidates will assess operational realism, mission execution, and the correct application of military tactics and procedures. They will also evaluate scenarios against Rules of Engagement (ROE) and the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC), identify any unrealistic assumptions or operational errors, and provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the AI’s reasoning and reliability. Applicants should have hands‑on experience in tactical operations, mission planning, weapons employment, and a strong understanding of military operational procedures. The ability to explain complex military concepts clearly in writing is essential. Combat deployments, Special Forces weapons specialization, or experience as a tactical instructor are highly desirable.
