The role focuses on negotiating vendor agreements, securing volume discounts, and enhancing commercial terms for commercial kitchen equipment and supplies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing or supporting more than $100 million in purchasing spend, leading supplier negotiations, and delivering measurable savings. They will develop strategic relationships with manufacturers, evaluate proposals, and use data-driven insights to prioritize high‑impact negotiations. Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, analyzing spend data, developing negotiation strategies, and reporting savings to stakeholders. The position is full‑time, remote, and offers a tiered bonus structure tied to performance.
