Job Summary

A senior finance leader is sought to head and grow the accounting team in Germany. The role involves designing roles, approval workflows and ensuring consistent standards across all entities. The incumbent will coordinate HGB-compliant monthly, yearly and group financial statements, and support group reporting to Belgium via LucaNet. New acquisitions will be integrated into the unified chart of accounts and reporting framework following the company’s Finance Playbook. Candidates should hold a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter IHK) or equivalent, with a background in finance or accounting studies. At least five years of experience in German accounting—preferably within multi‑entity, private‑equity or buy‑and‑build environments—is required. Prior leadership experience and a willingness to mentor junior staff are essential. Proficiency with DATEV and familiarity with LucaNet are highly desirable. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible working hours, optional remote work, a modern office setup, and opportunities for continuous professional development.
