Workforce Supervisor

Job Summary

InteLogix, a leading provider of integrated solutions, is looking for a Workforce Supervisor to manage its scheduling and workforce planning activities. The role requires overseeing a team of schedulers, planners and analysts to ensure daily workloads, priorities and quality standards are met. The supervisor will be responsible for delivering accurate schedules, reports and intraday actions on time, monitoring service‑level performance and staffing levels, and making real‑time adjustments and escalations. They will approve intraday exceptions, manage time‑off requests, coach analysts, conduct performance reviews and support hiring and onboarding. Acting as the primary escalation point for the WFM team, the candidate will liaise closely with Operations team leaders and drive key performance metrics such as deliverable accuracy, intraday service‑level protection, adherence and overall team productivity.
