Working Student – AI Engineering

Job Summary

5Plus, a part of the Pentadoc Group, is looking for a motivated working student to join its AI engineering team in Würzburg. The role involves designing, building and deploying AI applications, from LLM‑powered workflows to agentic systems that integrate with client processes. Students will work alongside experienced engineers, taking ownership of tasks from prototype to production. Responsibilities include developing LLM‑driven applications, setting up evaluation metrics, optimizing system performance for latency, cost and quality, and collaborating with customers to translate real‑world problems into technical solutions. The position is hybrid, offering flexible hours that fit academic schedules and the option to work remotely.
