Working Student – Customer Care

Job Summary

Instagrid, a clean‑tech startup, is looking for a working student to manage its Pilot Fleet of portable battery power systems. The role involves handling demo requests, coordinating shipments and returns, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, customers and the service team. The student will maintain inventory records, track units through Salesforce and NetSuite, and produce monthly fleet analytics. Daily responsibilities include preparing and dispatching demo units, coordinating inspections, and keeping the team updated on order‑to‑cash processes. The candidate will also identify bottlenecks in the demo workflow, propose improvements, and document procedures in Confluence. This part‑time position (16–20 hours per week during semesters) offers hands‑on experience with enterprise tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira and Confluence, as well as exposure to AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT. Strong English communication is essential, while German language skills and prior exposure to enterprise software are a plus.
