Working Student (Werkstudent) HR Operations

Job Summary

Verve is looking for a Working Student to support its HR Operations team in Germany. The role involves assisting with onboarding and offboarding, maintaining staff records in HiBob, preparing employment contracts and related documentation, and compiling payroll data for German payroll processing. Students will also track key HR dates, liaise with external partners such as payroll providers and tax advisors, and contribute to HR projects like process improvements and benefits administration. Candidates should be currently enrolled in a German university program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field, with 16–20 hours of availability per week during the semester for at least six months. Prior HR internship or student work experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in German and good English are essential.
