Candidates should have strong graphic design skills, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, experience with Canva, and a solid understanding of YouTube’s interface, algorithms, and metrics. They must be organized, able to work independently in a remote environment, and possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
